Did you know that in nearly half-a-million Hip Hop lyrics, only 4.1% of these words are actually unique? I didn’t either, until I built this program using Ruby on Rails. Ricketrants.com is home of the first Periodic Table of Hiphop and Country Music in the world! Over 1000 pop Hip Hop and Country music songs analyzed and counted into a Periodic Tables for each genre. Truly an eye-opener. What this site lacks in aesthetics it makes up for in coding. An original idea with an experimental design, this site is a play-piece for new ideas.
